NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
STATE OF TENNESSEE, LINCOLN COUNTY
WHEREAS, Sylvia L. Martin executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc., Lender and Yale Riley, Trustee(s), which was dated March 26, 2019, and recorded on April 3, 2019 in Book TD777, Page 733, Instrument Number 19001385 in Lincoln County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, Quicken Loans Inc., (the "Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on December 18, 2019, at 1:00PM at the usual and customary location at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Fayetteville, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lincoln County, Tennessee, to wit:
A tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the 8th Civil District of Lincoln County, Tennessee, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the intersection of West Maple Street and South Lincoln Avenue, same being Northeast corner of lot herein conveyed; and running thence South 6* West 60 feet to a stake, same being the Southeast corner of lot herein conveyed; thence North 84* West 95 feet to a stake, same being the Southwest corner of the lot herein conveyed; thence North 6* East 60 feet to a stake, same being a point in the edge of right of way of West Maple Street, and also the Northwest corner of the lot herein conveyed; thence South 84* East 105 feet along the right of way of West Maple Street to the beginning, and being a house and lot fronting 105 feet on the South side of West Maple Street, and extending back Southward a depth of 60 feet.
INCLUDED in the above described real estate but to be EXCLUDED from this conveyance is a 128 sq. foot tract conveyed to Lincoln County, Tennessee by deed dated June 7, 1990 and recorded in Deed Book U-10, page 801 in Register's Office of Lincoln County, Tennessee.

All right and equity of redemption, statutory or otherwise, homestead, and dower are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee. The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above.
