WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated July 7, 2007, executed by GARY G CLARK and SANDRA K CLARK, conveying certain real property therein described to TRANSCONTINENTAL TITLE, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Franklin County, Tennessee recorded July 18, 2007, in Deed Book T891, Page 608 ; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for the CIM Trust 2016-2, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2016-2 who is now the owner of said debt; andWHEREAS, the undersigned,Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register's Office of Franklin County, Tennessee.
