WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated October 30, 2013, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded October 31, 2013, in Book No. TD698, at Page 30, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Tennessee, executed by Marisa H Thornton, conveying certain property therein described to Metropolitan Escrow, Inc. as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Residential Acceptance Corporation, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC.

A certain tract or parcel of land in the 19th Civil District of Lincoln County, State of Tennessee, described as follows, to wit: A tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the 19th Civil District of Lincoln County, Tennessee, being Lot 45 of the Breckenridge Subdivision, Phase II, a plat of which is of record in the Register's Office of Lincoln County, Tennessee, in Plat Book 3, page 17, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin on the south R.O.W. line of East Ridge Road, the northeast corner of the eastern most lot, lying south of the road, of Phase I of Breckenridge Subdivision and the northwest corner of the herewith described Lot 45 of Breckenridge Subdivision, Phase II thence along the south R.O.W. line South 83 degrees 42 minutes East, 152.5 feet to an iron pin on the west side of a 50 foot access road; thence along the west side of the access road South 6 degrees 18 minutes West, 180 feet to an iron pin; thence along a boundary line North 83 degrees 42 minutes West, 151.8 feet to an iron pin, a corner of Phase I of this same subdivision; thence along the boundary of an existing lot in Phase I, North 6 degrees 05 minutes East 180 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.63 acres, more or less, as per survey of John T. White, TRLS #511.
