NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated May 16, 2012, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded May 18, 2012, in Book No. T855, at Page 379, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Coffee County, Tennessee, executed by Patti Lynn Morris, conveying certain property therein described to Frank B. Denton as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Primelending, a Plainscapital Company, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, will, on November 27, 2018 on or about 10:00 AM, at the Coffee County Justice Center, Manchester, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. Tract B: Land located in the 1st (formerly 6th) Civil District of Coffee County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a stake located in the southerly margin of West Moore Street, said point of beginning being South 80 deg. 30 min. 40 sec. East 75 feet from the intersection of West Moore Street and Oakdale Street; thence running with the South margin of West Moore Street South 80 deg. 03 min. 40 sec. East 221.20 feet to an iron pin; thence South 15 deg. 51 min. 00 sec. West 223.95 feet to a stake; thence North 77 deg. 17 min. 20 sec. West 25 feet to a stake; thence North 08 deg. 15 min. 00 sec. West 128.57 feel to the point of beginning and containing 0.99 acres as surveyed by Max Northcutt, RLS Tennessee Number 1359, North Spring Street, Manchester, Tennessee.
