WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated April 29, 2011, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded May 6, 2011, in Book No. T831, at Page 149, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Coffee County, Tennessee, executed by Patricia A Franks, conveying certain property therein described to Glenn Balletto as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Investors Corporation, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Freedom Mortgage Corporation.

That certain tract or parcel of land in Coffee County, State of Tennessee, described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a rock Column and Iron Rod located in the Northeasterly corner of the Property herein described, said point also being in the Southerly margin of Sycamore Drive; thence South 20 degrees 00 minutes East 222.00 feet along a shrub row and fence to a point on the Northerly bank of a River; thence South 75 degrees 00 minutes West 72.0 feet along the River to a point; thence North 25 degrees 00 minutes West 253.0 feet along a shrub row and fence to a rock column located on the Southerly margin of Sycamore Drive; thence South 87 degrees 45 minutes East 100 feet along the Southerly margin of Sycamore Drive to the point of beginning, according to survey by James Trott dated August 19, 1986.
