Thirty-four vendors have signed up to participate in the Health Fair and Fitness Expo to be held on Saturday, April 5, at Northgate Mall in Tullahoma, according to the sponsoring Tullahoma Get Fit! and Urgent Team organizations.

Hours for the free event will be from 9 a.m. to 12 noon when visitors will be able to meet with representatives from the vendors.

They include Urgent Team, Crossfit, U.S. Marines, Tims Ford State Park, Snap Fitness, Estill Springer Square Dancers, Mahan Ridley Eye Associates;

Partners for Healing, Harton Regional Medical Center; University of Tennessee Extension Service; Coffee County Health Department; Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA); The Road for You (RD4U);

Coffee County Anti-Drug Coalition; Dr. John Petty, Dentist; Dr. Marcus Lee, Family Practice; Emeritus; Tullahoma Parks and Recreation; Life Care Center;

Tullahoma Locally Grown; It Works; Home Instead; Chick–fil-A; American Cancer Society; Lake-Time Stand Up Paddle Boards; Community Development Center; Barbara Greene, Massage Therapy; Imagination Library;

Sunrise Pediatric; Lynchburg Nursing Home; United Healthcare; Community Cancer Care; Mid 10 Nutrition and CVS.

The event is designed to provide information, access to medical personnel and free services. Some of the services offered include:

Mahan-Ridley Eye Associates, glaucoma and cataract Screening; Partners for Healing/HOSA, diabetic screenings, blood pressure, glucose (participants requested to fast for most accuracy), and Life Care Center, balance testing.

The program schedule includes the following:

9 a.m. —Tullahoma Crossfit Demonstration;

9:30 a.m. — Tims Ford State Park Ranger Philip Hylen – “Early Game Hunting in the Elk River Valley”;

10 a.m. — Karate Demonstration;

10:30 a.m. — Estill Springer Square Dancers;

11 a.m. — Snap Fitness Aerobic Demonstration;

11:30 a.m. — U.S, Marine Corps Pull Up Competition.
