A man caught with a pocketful of cocaine and three underage passengers has been hit with drunk driving and narcotics charges.

The man, Kimberly Hickerson, 55, is charged with DUI, possession of cocaine and three counts of reckless endangerment.

His charges come after police found him leaning up against his car parked near Briarwood Apartments on Silver Street. “He had glossy eyes and was moving uncontrollably,” police reported. “He admitted that he had three juveniles inside his vehicle.”

After performing poorly on his sobriety test, he was placed into custody. It was then police found five white rocks of cocaine in a plastic bag inside his right pocket. Since the rocks were individually wrapped. Police increased the possession charge to manufacture of a controlled substance.
