Sentences were handed out this past week by Judge Jere Ledsinger in General Sessions Court. Actions included:

Erin R. Miller was bound to the grand jury for aggravated assault.

Daniel Blake Neal was ordered to serve six days of a 30 day sentence and must pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.

Donald Raymond Brewer was ordered to serve 10 days for probation violation.

Paul Russell Davis was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and interference with emergency calls.

Amy Flowers was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault.

Jerrika Brooke Gordon was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault.

Brandon Heffington was given a six month probationary sentence for resisting arrest.

Kevin Shawn Kindman was ordered to serve 10 days for violating a restraining order.

Summer Christen Hunt was ordered to serve 180 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, failure to appear in court and probation violation.

Danny Lee Jensen was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for meth possession, failure to appear in court and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Jason Lynn Knowles was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $900 plus costs for simple possession.

Richard Blake Phillips was bound to the grand jury for theft.

Erin R. Miller was bound to the grand jury for aggravated assault.

Shannon D. Reed was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving with a revoked license and failure to appear in court.

Troy Lee Young was ordered to serve 30 days for probation violation.

Dezarae Mariee Harter was given a 30 day suspension and must pay $10 plus costs for criminal trespass.

Mark Anthony Jones was ordered to serve four days of a six month sentence and must pay $100 plus costs for driving with a suspended and revoked license.

Julie Ann Watts was given a 30 day suspension for public intoxication.

Sara Jane Phillips was ordered to serve five days of a 30 day sentence and must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

Nathaniel Logan Adams was bound to the grand jury for DUI and speeding.

Seth Alton Rose was given a six month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving with a suspended license.

Timothy Dewayne Sanders was bound to the grand jury for domestic assault.

Kyle Matthew Scarlett was given an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession.

Ashlie Dawn Thompson was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI and speeding.

Christopher Aaron Layman was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for meth possession, driving with a revoked license and probation violation.

Walter W. Smith was ordered to serve six days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI.

Daniel Jamison was given a 45-day sentence for probation violation.

Bamberina Forsythe was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving with a revoked license and failure to appear in court.

Timothy F. Beck was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for meth possession.

Rocky Lee Drew was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for meth possession.

Jake William Durm was given an 11-29 sentence and ordered to make no contact with Jeff Duke for assault.

Johnathan Nicholas Ford was ordered to serve 150 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft and probation violation.

Sunday Mitchell Fowler was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for meth possession.
