Sentences were pronounced this past week by Judge Jere Ledsinger in General Sessions Court.

Included in court action:

Shane Tyler Hale was directed to serve an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $50 plus costs for evading arrest, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Phillip James Clark was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault.

Ceacle Purlsey was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession or exchange of a controlled substance.

Thomas Sartain was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and make $100 restitution for vandalism.

Michael Ray Reed was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and released on six days, time-served for domestic assault.

Robert Charles York was released after serving 19 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel Lee Welch was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 30 hours public service work and pay $2,500 for possession of drugs.

Alicia Brooke Barnes was ordered to serve six days for disorderly conduct. She has been released on time-served.

Gary Michael Beck II was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI. He was released on five days, time-served.

William H. L. Hindman was instructed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence for driving on a revoked license.

De’Yonquez Williams was released on time-served and given an 11-29 probationary sentence for failure to appear.

Billy A. Cox was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault.

Dustin Ray Thomason was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must serve 60 days for reckless endangerment.

David Patrick Jones was released on 10 days, time-served and given an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault.

Thomas Wilkinson must pay $50 plus costs for using his phone while driving and violation of the open container law.
