Jill Guidicy of Ascend Federal Credit Union has been arrested and charged with two counts of assault, disorderly conduct and driving under the influence, and violation of the implied consent law. She was booked in jail yesterday, Jan. 24, according to Coffee County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Frank Watkins.
She was held in Coffee County Jail on a $6,000 bond.
Tullahoma Police Department responded to a call for a disturbance at London’s Sports Bar Friday night. Guidicy was seen attempting to leave London's in her vehicle, and when officers saw her, they noticed the odor of alcohol and advised her not to drive. Then they conducted field sobriety tasks, during which she performed poorly, according to the warrants.
Guidicy was then taken to Unity Medical Center in Manchester for a blood test. At the hospital, she became agitated and combative, and she struck some of the hospital staff. She was then arrested and taken to jail, according to Watkins.
According to the Ascend Federal Credit Union website, Guidicy serves as chief legal officer for Ascend. Guidicy oversees Ascend’s Legal and Fraud and Security Departments.
She is responsible for all legal affairs and serves as a member of Ascend’s senior management team.
