Judge Jere Ledsinger gave out sentences Thursday and Tuesday in General Sessions Court. Actions included:

Charles M. Camp was ordered to serve four days of a 30 day sentence for public intoxication.

John Edward Phipps was ordered to serve three days of a 30 day sentence for public intoxication.

Lillard Dewayne Presley was ordered to serve 10 days of a 30 day sentence for public intoxication.

Shane Omar Elgouhary was ordered to serve a 30 day sentence for probation violation.

Danny Kennedy was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.

Steven Ray Lepley was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI.

Candiss Crystal Maxwell was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting.

Joshua Reavis was ordered to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of Schedule I drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Jamie Curtis Rogers was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for meth possession and shoplifting.

Conley James Smith III was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault.

Russell Levon Talley was given a six month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving with revoked license.

Jessica Danielle West was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI.

Hannah Marie Winfrey was bound over to the grand jury for theft.

Alicia Nicole Avans was bound over to the grand jury for theft.

Zachary Skyler Jones was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.

Kendall Alexis Lapczynski was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and failure to appear in court.

JD Lobiah Morris was granted a judicial diversion and must serve four days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault. A judicial diversion means once the sentence is completed the offense can be erased from his record.

Robert Zachery Stacy was ordered to serve six days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.

Justin Richard Weeks was ordered to serve 100 days for probation violation.

David Edward Gipson was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and probation violation.

Dylan Matthew Buck was bound over to the grand jury for possession of Schedule I drugs.

Trisha Ann Edwards was given an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving with a suspended license and failure to appear in court.

Steven Matthew Barrett was given a 90 day probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving with a revoked license.

Jerry Brian Burton was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution of $100 to for theft of property.

Robert Darryl Burton was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI.

Johnny L. Cook was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution of $20 for theft.

Preston Scott Hayter was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI.

Jai Anthony Holloway was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI.

Angela Robin Johnson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for shoplifting.

Carolyn S. McDaniel was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI.

Scott Wilfong was given an 11-29 probationary sentence, must pay $250 plus costs and must make contribution of $750 to the economic crime fund for simple possession.

Erica Lynn Williams was given a six month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving with a revoked license.

Jerry David Rochelle was ordered to serve 30 days for probation violation.

Nancy Ann Sharrer was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession and failure to appear in court.
