Billie Lee Perkins Jones, 95, entered eternal rest on Jan. 30, 2023, in Fayetteville. Billie was born on Nov. 3, 1927, in Hillsboro to the late Thomas Nathaniel Perkins and Jessie Ikeard-Perkins-Davis. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, Feb. 5 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens.
