CALDWELL, Stacy Annette, 55 of Estill Springs, passed away Friday May 17, 2019, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Mrs. Caldwell was born on July 31, 1963, in Hacienda Heights, California, to the late Roy Allen and Janice Pauline Wright Henson. She was employed for several years as the office manager at Smith and Sons Wholesale. Mrs. Caldwell was a member of the Christ Community Church in Tullahoma, where she served as a prayer leader with her husband. During her free time she loved to crochet, cook meals for her church, and help other people. She will always be remembered for being loving and giving, but a little stubborn as well. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Roy Allen Henson Jr.; and her daughter, Amber Nicole Tustin. Mrs. Caldwell is survived by her husband of 20 years, Robert Caldwell of Estill Springs; son, Ryan Tustin of Estill Springs; siblings, Bruce (Judy) Henson of Hacienda Heights, California, Aaron (Laura) Henson of Washington State, John (Marsha) Henson of Swartz Creek, Michigan, Leslie (Steven) McDowell of San Jacito, California; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday May 22, at Christ Community Church in Tullahoma. Funeral service will follow at noon at Christ Community Church in Tullahoma, with Bro. Dwight Cox and Bro. Jim Zidan officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Estill Springs. Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

JERNIGAN, Jeffery “Jeff” Clark, 55, died Sunday, May 19, 2019.

PARKER

PARKER, Burton Layne, 70, of Tullahoma, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019, at home. He was born in Nashville, the son of the late Jack Parker and Clara Painter Hill. Layne was married to his high school sweetheart Joyce Mason Parker for over 50 years. Layne worked for American Can for 40 years before retiring. Layne attended Tullahoma First Church of the Nazarene. Layne is best described as a devoted family man and provider. His wife, daughter and two grandsons were his world. Layne spent his last evening on Earth surrounded by family and friends while celebrating the wedding of one of his grandsons. In addition to his parents, Layne was preceded in death by his twin brother Wayne Parker and sister Jackie Parker Keese. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Mason Parker; doting daughter, Paige Parker Gunn (Tullahoma); twin grandsons, Colton (Katie) Gunn of Manchester and Parker Gunn of Tullahoma; brother, Jack Parker (Dakin) of Tullahoma; sister, Pat Phipps of Tullahoma; sister, Susan (James) Dotson of Estill Springs; brother Chris (Barbara) Hill of Morrison; son-in-law, Tony Gunn of Tullahoma; numerous nieces and nephews who will miss him very much. Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. at Tullahoma Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 21. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Pastor Jimmy Wright of Tullahoma First Church of the Nazarene will be officiating. TODD, David W., 59, of Tullahoma, passed this life at Tennova Healthcare – Harton on Sunday, May 19, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, at Tullahoma Funeral Home with Kenneth Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 21. Mr. Todd was loving father, brother, uncle, great uncle and friend. Mr. Todd is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Thelma Todd; one brother, Mark Todd; one sister, Beverly Todd. He is survived by his son Eric Todd; one daughter, Mindy Rogers (Colby); one brother, Tim Todd (Carol); nephew, Jeremy Todd (Heather); niece, Angela Long (Eric); grandnephew, Rayden and Keegan Todd; grandniece, Ava Long and longtime friend, Willis Baltimore. YARBROUGH, John Oscar, 88, of Tullahoma, departed this life on Sunday, May 19, 2019, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Yarbrough was born in Clarksville, to the late Oscar Yarbrough and Birdie Elizabeth Carver Yarbrough on October 26, 1930.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving his country during the Korean War.  Mr. Yarbrough is a member of the Tullahoma First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and was a Mentor Life Coach. He was employed for approximately 40 years as General Manager of Natural Gas Utilities. His hobbies included fishing and playing the guitar. He was a loving and caring father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Mr. Yarbrough was preceded in death by two wives, his first wife and mother of his children was Lillian Yvonne Townsend Yarbrough, in 1983.  His second wife was Mackie Sue Davis Short Yarbrough, in 2006. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Beth Yvonne Yarbrough and son, John Dwayne Yarbrough.  He is survived by his daughters, Lynda Gayle Hamilton of Lynchburg, Karen Leigh Yarbrough of Manchester, and son John Oscar Yarbrough III, of Hawthorne, California. Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be held from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, at the Tullahoma First Baptist Church. Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. immediately following the visitation at the Church with Bro. Herb Hester and Bro. Christian Watts officiating. Interment will follow at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Alex Yarbrough Cemetery in Clarksville.
