Bobby Glenn Phelps, age 70, of Kelso, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 31, 1955, in Fayetteville, Tennessee, to the late Mitchell and Jessie (Simms) Phelps.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025, at Jennings Moore-Cortner Funeral Home from noon until 2 p.m., with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2 p.m. Jennings-Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.
