Ella Rose Leftwich of Tullahoma passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025 at Alive Hospice of Murfreesboro at the age of 82.

Ms. Leftwich was born in Nashville to the late G.T. and Annie Lee Henley Brewer. During her life, many people knew Ella from her years of working as the manager of Kentucky Fried Chicken until her retirement. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, William Brewer; and two sisters, Greta Adcock, and Etta June Gregory.

Ms. Leftwich is survived by her son, Troy Warfield; two daughters, Ginger Cable and Valerie Curtis; one sister, Bonnie Stephens (Bruce); six grandchildren, Chryssa Kinslow, Tabatha Cable, Amanda Curtis, Loura Curtis, and Justin Curtis; and six great-grandchildren, Dylan, Xavier, Aaralyn, Aizley, Briley, and Ethan.

Visitation for Ms. Leftwich will be held Friday, Oct. 24 from 5-8 p.m. at Kilgore Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, Oct. 25 at 12:30 p.m. with an additional hour of visitation beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the Kilgore Funeral Home chapel with Terry Gregory officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
