Christopher Equipment has opened its fifth full-service location, bringing a wide range of rental equipment to Hazel Green, Alabama. The new store, located at 15184 Hwy 231/431 North, will celebrate its grand opening on Sept. 5.

“We knew we wanted to be in this area, and we found the perfect location,” said owner Grant Christopher. “We built the store from the ground up to serve Hazel Green and the surrounding communities.”

The company’s locations operate in a “hub and spoke” model, with each store close enough to support the others. Along with Hazel Green, Christopher Equipment serves customers from stores in Fayetteville, Manchester, Shelbyville, and its original Tullahoma location.

From dirt-moving machinery to homeowner lawn and garden tools, Christopher Equipment offers rentals for contractors, homeowners, and everyone in between.

Grant and his wife, Savannah, purchased the business in 2023. It was originally founded in 1990 by Grant’s parents, Max and Julie Christopher, and has grown steadily over the years.
