A new 14-unit apartment complex is being built at 404 Cedar Lane. The apartments are all one story and have two bedrooms and one bath. Each apartment is 728 sq. ft. Curl Construction is the developer and builder.

The apartments are scheduled to be completed in December and ready to rent in January.  The expected rent range is $1,250 to $1,350 per month.  The developer has not yet named the complex.

This apartment complex is one of 14 apartment or townhome complexes or residential subdivisions approved for development in 2025 by the Tullahoma Planning Commission.

Curl Construction will soon start a similar 13-unit apartment complex on Flowertown Road.
