Andrew Ewing commits to Trevecca
GRAY DEYOSports Writer
Senior member of the track team Andrew Ewing inked a deal-to-be on the track team at Trevecca University.
Ewing concluded a successful last season competing at the high school level. He and three other teammates–Khani Johnson, Logan Prosser, and Jakoby Hill–competed at the TSSAA State Championships in the 4×200 relay. Overall they finished in sixth place with a time of 1:28.63.
Ewing has tons of talent and will join a fellow Tullahoma alum, Grant Allen when he steps onto Trevecca’s campus in the fall. Allen, a 2023 Tullahoma graduate, put forth an impressive season. He helped set a new school record in Trevecca in the 4×100 relay. With the speed both Allen and Ewing possess, there is a real possibility they are going to be a part of the same college relay squad next season.
Congrats to Ewing for every accomplishment he has brought forth to Tullahoma, and for what he may accomplish in his next step in racing for Trevecca.
