Mary Doris Sugg Rutledge, 85, of Belvidere, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at Vanderbilt-Harton Hospital in Tullahoma.  She was born in Lincoln County on Oct. 30, 1939, to the late John C. and Emma C. (Fowler) Sugg. 

Funeral services were held Thursday, May 15 in the Chapel of Jennings-Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Kent Kilpatrick officiating.  Interment followed at Lynchburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to Moore County Friends of Animals, 1980 Fayetteville Hwy, Lynchburg, TN 37352, 931-434-7508.

Jennings-Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
