Carl Eugene Willoughby, 72, of Hillsboro, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. A native of Coffee County, he was born on Oct. 9, 1952, to the late Clifford and Sally Roberta (Hawes) Willoughby. 

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 5, 2025, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Coffee County.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
