James Frank Luttrell, age 95 of Winchester, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Elk River Nursing Facility following a brief illness.  A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on Oct. 3, 1929, to the late Clarence Earl and Jessie Ellen (Stovall) Luttrell. 

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. A graveside service followed at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Master Masons serving as pallbearers.  The family would like to give a special thank you to the great staff at Elk River Nursing Facility and Gentiva Hospice, as well as to special friends, John and Jenny Smith, Jim and Sandy Brazelton, James and Theresa Harmon, Meg Lasiter, and Kenny Luttrell.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
