Billy Wayne Limbaugh, 87, of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems.  A native of Franklin County, he was born on July 9, 1937, to the late Robert Clarence and Mattie Pearl (Gulley) Limbaugh. 

Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Kelly May officiating.  Interment will followed at Limbaugh Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
