Bettye Painter Frame, age 86 of Tullahoma, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2024, at The Waters of Winchester. She was born in the Lois Community of Moore County on Oct. 16, 1938, to the late Wilson and Wilma (Casey) Painter. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro. Winston Tipps officiating. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
