The holiday season is here, and it’s one of my favorite times of the year. It’s a chance to slow down (just a little), reflect on the past year, and spend time with family and friends. It’s also a time to say thank you—to you, our customers—for trusting us to serve you.

At TUA (Tullahoma Utilities Authority), we’re proud to be part of this community and to provide the services that make everyday life a little easier. Whether it’s electricity to light up your holiday decorations, water for all the cooking and cleaning that comes with family gatherings, or broadband to connect with loved ones near and far, we’re here to make sure your holidays run smoothly.

No matter the day or time, TUA is here for you. Our dedicated team works 24/7, 365 days a year to ensure your power stays on, your water keeps flowing, and your broadband stays connected. Whether it’s a holiday or the middle of the night, you can count on us to be ready whenever you need us.

This year has been a busy one for TUA. We’ve worked hard to keep things running reliably, improve our systems, and give back to the community we all call home. From new scholarships for local students to programs like Round Up, which helped raise more than $55,000 for area nonprofits, everything we do comes back to serving the people of Tullahoma.

Looking ahead to 2025, I’m excited about what’s to come. We’ll continue to focus on reliability, innovation, and being the kind of utility you can count on—not just during the holidays, but every day.
