Dorothy “Dottie” Huber Soloman, 93, of Winchester, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024, at Bailey Manor in Winchester. Dottie was the beloved daughter of the late Charles and Essie (Penny) Huber, born on Aug. 14, 1932, in Winchester.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2024 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with funeral service following at from the chapel. Interment followed in Winchester City Cemetery. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
