Donald Lynn Fanning, 88, of Winchester, passed away on Aug. 12, 2024, at the Elk River Health and Rehabilitation Center in Winchester. He was born in the Maxwell Community in Franklin County, to the late Jesse Granville Fanning and Vannie Mae Collins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Aug. 18 from 5 – 8 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 19 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Pastor Tom McGehee officiating. Interment will take place at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
