Cynthia Elizabeth Mowl, 67, of Birmingham, Ala., passed away on Tuesday, Aug.6, 2024, at Unity Medical Center.  She was born in Winchester on May 18, 1957, to the late Jimmy Ray Smith and Jaqualine (Sanders) Smith Nunley. 

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 12. Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
