Milton Ray Bentley Obituary
Milton Ray Bentley, of Tullahoma, made the journey home to be with his Lord and Savior on Aug. 1, 2024, at the age of 89.
He was born in Tullahoma to the late Russell and Georgia Bentley. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Milton was known for his kindness and consideration for others. He loved working in his vegetable garden and building and repairing things in his workshop. But most of all, Milton loved spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of sixty-seven years, Joyce Ann, as well as sisters, Roberta Golden, Barbara McAnally, Jane Boatman, and Linda Bentley. Milton is survived by his son, Terry (Mihee) Bentley, daughter, Debbie (Tim) Henson, three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind sisters Joyce Mangrum, Brenda Stephens, and Nancy Langford, his brother, Jerry Bentley, and his best friend, Phyllis Gold.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10 at Kilgore Funeral Home from noon to 2 p.m. with the funeral to immediately follow at 2 p.m. with Tim McGehee officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
