Evan Tomlin was listed as one of the five pitchers on the Class 3A All-State baseball team by the Tennessee Sports Writer Association.

Tomlin was also named to the 2024 Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association All State team for Class 3A. He was one of the seven seniors that led the Wildcats to their first State Championship since 1990.

Tomlin started four games in the postseason and allowed just one run over 27 innings. He threw three complete game shutouts and the other game went six innings with just one allowed. Tomlin had a pair of hits in the Championship game including a double and picked up an RBI.
