LivSmart Studios breaks ground off Cedar Lane

LivSmart Studios by Hilton recently broke ground off of Cedar Lane at William Northern Boulevard.
The hybrid apartment-style hotel “offers a studio apartment-style solution for long-stay travelers who may be on the road for weeks or months at a time,” according to Hilton’s factsheet about the studios.
The factsheet added that the long-stay studios will offer fully equipped kitchens with home appliances, along with complimentary breakfast and free coffee. There will also be a fitness center and laundry room.
The Tullahoma LivSmart will be created in collaboration with 3H Group, a developer group based out of Chattanooga started by Hiren Desai, a Zambian immigrant who has been based in Chattanooga for years.
“This is an exciting story, and this may be the first LivSmart Studios by Hilton in the world, if not nationally,” said Tullahoma Area Economic Development Corporation Executive Director Winston Brooks. “One other fun fact, LivSmart is being financed by SmartBank. This will be a great asset for our community.”
City officials commented on the development, saying “The City of Tullahoma is excited to welcome LivSmart Studios by Hilton to Tullahoma.”
Officials emphasized that the project “is a key development that will foster economic growth and continue to enhance our community,” and added that the development will “help attract more visitors and boost our local economy.”
City officials thanked those involved in the development “for their hard work” and expressed interest in the “many opportunities this project will create.”
