Sandra J. Hill, 80, of Estill Springs, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at The Waters of Winchester.  She was born in Tullahoma on March 24, 1944, to the late Walter and Minnie (Buchanan) Fletcher.  Funeral Services were held Friday in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Watson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
