Lana Patricia Haddon Holt, 82, of Pelham, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at St. Thomas West in Nashville.  She was born in Hazel Crest, Illinois, on Dec.12, 1941, to the late William Herman and Molly (Woosley) Haddon. Funeral Services were held Friday, March 29 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with her nephew, Danny Patterson, officiating.  Interment followed at Mt. View Cemetery. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
