Lana Patricia Haddon Holt, 82, of Pelham, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at St. Thomas West in Nashville.  She was born in Hazel Crest, Illinois, on Dec. 12, 1941, to the late William Herman and Molly (Woosley) Haddon. 

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 28 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 29 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with her nephew, Danny Patterson, officiating.  Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
