Carolyn Schmitt, 82, of Belvidere passed away on March 20, 2024. She is preceded in death by her late husband, David Arlen Schmitt, and her parents Charles and Nina Maurer.

Funeral was held Tuesday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. She was laid to rest with her family at Franklin Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
