Ned Leon Hindman of Tullahoma passed away on Friday, Jan. 5, 2024 at his home, surrounded by his family, at the age of 83.

Ned was born in Huntsville, Ala., to the late Marvin Lee and Eva Galligan Hindman. During his life, he worked as a plant manager for S.A.S. and enjoyed cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide with his family. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hindman was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Hindman. He is survived by one daughter, Amy Powers (Scottie); three sons, Todd Hindman, Troy Hindman (Mina), and David Limbaugh (Angie); one brother, Freeman Hindman (Bonnie); 10 grandchildren, Lee, Luke, Tristan, and Tyler Hidman, D.J. and Tanner Drake, Josh and Jeff Powers, and James and Lexie Limbaugh; and four great-granddaughters, Scarlett, Lydia, Lizzie, and Chloe.

Funeral services will take place Wednesday, Jan. 10 at 11 a.m. in the Kilgore Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Jeff Collett officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
