Tabitha Jean Frame, 42, of Cowan, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024, at St. Thomas Rutherford Medical Center in Murfreesboro.  A native of Franklin County, she was born on Jan. 1, 1982, to Ricky and Darlene Frame.  Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024, at Watson Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Watson Funeral Home with Bro. Howard Riddle officiating.  Interment will be at Watson Memorial Park.

Watson Funeral Home and Memorial Park is in charge of arrangements.
