William Frank Morris Jr, 87, of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, Dec.7, 2023, at Hospice Care Center in Chattanooga.  A native of Franklin County, he was born on Feb. 11, 1936, to the late Frank and Katherine Morris.  Funeral Services were held Sunday, Dec. 10 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel. Interment was at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
