James Dean Jackson, age 61 of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. A native of Franklin County, he was born on June 22, 1962, in Winchester. Visitation will be from 5 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at Watson Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 5, in the Roy B. Watson Chapel at Watson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Keith Payne, Ryan Holley, Chris McCormick, Danny Jackson, Bruce Jackson, Matt Jackson, and Jared Hill serving as pallbearers and Jackie Perry and Jeff Smith as honorary pallbearers. His favorite charities were Franklin County Animal Harbor, St. Jude’s, or the charity of your choice.
