Billy Ray Stewart, 73, of Huntland, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023, at Betty’s Place in Huntland.  A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on Jan. 9, 1950, to the late John and Martha (Kirby) Stewart.  Billy was the second of four children.  Funeral Services were held on Sunday, Oct. 15, in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Joe Plunkett and Rev. John Neal officiating.  Interment followed at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
