Mitzi Rae Hartman, 66, of Estill Springs, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 15, 2023, at Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Medical Center.  A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on December 14, 1956, to the late Floyd Anderson and Mary Ellen (Woods) Holmes. Visitation will be from 9am-11am on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 11 a.m. in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Sister Annette King officiating. Interment will follow at New Awalt Cemetery.
