Glenda Faye Jackson, age 73 of Decherd, passed away quietly, in the presence of those who loved her, on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems in Sewanee.  A native of Franklin County, she was born in Decherd on March 14, 1950, to the late Festus and Ottie Mae (Mahaffey) Jones. Visitation will be from 1 – 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 7, at Watson Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 3 p.m. in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Hopkins officiating.  Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
