The Stache didn’t complete the perfect season but they did claim the regular season title in Tullahoma Men’s Baseball League play as the league turns its attention to the playoffs this week.

The Stache were cruising atop the standing when they were hamstrung by McGlovin last Thursday 11-2 to put the only blemish on a 9-1 record. Regardless, Stache will enjoy the top seed in the tournament which is set to begin this week.

They finished one game up on the defending champion Shebyvul Shovels who were 7-2 as of Tuesday. The Reds; however, were on their heels at 7-3 awaiting the results of a make-up game for the Shovels.
