Angela Kay Harper, 50, of Shelbyville, passed away on July 26, 2023, at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital. Angela was born on August 20, 1972, in Franklin County, Tennessee to the late Forrest Anderson and Kathy (Wimley) Sutton. Services for Angela will be held privately.
