John David McMillan, 65, of Winchester, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Tullahoma on June 10, 1958, to Smith and Mary Ann (Fowler) McMillan. Visitation will be from 9-10 am on Saturday, July 8 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 10 a.m. in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Chris Noland officiating.  Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
