Joseph Edward “Joe Ed” Williams, 92, of Frisco, Texas formerly of Cowan, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.  He was born in Winchester on August 24, 1930, to the late Tally and Louise (Farris) Williams. Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. on Saturday, July 15 at Cowan First Baptist Church.  Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. with L. Z. Johnson officiating.  Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cowan First Baptist Church.
