David Alan Hoffmeister, age 60 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at St. Michaels Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas.  He was born on May 7, 1963, in McMinnville. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 29 at Winchester First United Methodist Church.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Brothers of the Wheel of Franklin County Charities.
