Mitchell assumes Circulation Manager role

Lakeway Publishers has welcomed Amanda Mitchell as the new Circulation Manager, the go-to guru for any questions circulation related.
Mitchell started work at the Tullahoma News in February and moved to her new position on June 2.
“Typically, we work with our dealers, all stores [and local shops], as well as all of our contractors,” she described.
She said she also “handles a lot of things with the delivery drivers,” and “all things circulation, subscriptions, single copies–things like that.”
Mitchell said she enjoys working with the people at Tullahoma News, that “everybody’s fun,” and she enjoys joking around with her coworkers.
She said her goal for her first year at the job is to “grow and expand our subscription status and our single copies.”
“Prior to coming here, I worked with cable. I was in the cable industry for 10 years,” she said.
She worked in customer service along with “customer service management and a little bit of accounting.”
Mitchell said her past experience ensures a higher level of professionalism when working and interacting with dealers and contractors. She is confident in her ability to ease conversation with customers and provide quick solutions.
Mitchell’s future plans circle around life with her family. She hopes to one day retire and spend time with her husband and daughter traveling.
Mitchell can be reached at her Tullahoma News office by calling 931-455-4545 ext. 310.
