John David “Dave” Cortner passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 25, 2023. The youngest son of the late Clarence Cortner and Edna Prince Cortner, born on Nov. 15, 1945. Funeral services were held on Friday, June 30 at the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment followed in Franklin Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
