Modernizing business operations webinar

The Tullahoma Area Economic Development Corporation (TAEDC) and the Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to provide a new small business training live webinar. “Modernizing your Business Operations” will be Wednesday, June 21, at 11:30 a.m. Anyone who wants to register can visit www.tullahomatn.gov/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=79.

The webinar will be led by Downtown Strategies Director Jenn Gregory, and she will highlight new and practical technologies that will help automate your business operation and level up the customer experience.

“Modern technology has infiltrated almost all facets of our everyday lives; changing everything from how we learn to how we shop,” city officials said in a statement. “As a small business owner, you likely use several tech tools in your personal life – but are you harnessing the full power of new technologies in your business life?”

During the 60-minute live virtual training, Gregory will highlight new and practical technologies that will help automate your business operations and level up the customer experience. Topics that will be covered include: Integrated Point of Sale systems, Location-Based Technology, Security and Social Media.
