Can you hear me now? According to Tullahoma Alderman Kurt Glick, he and much of Tullahoma who subscribe to Verizon service cannot and it’s time residents voice their displeasure about spotty service that he says has plagued the area for a while.

“I’ve started a project trying to improve the cellphone service in Tullahoma,” Glick reported during the meeting of the board of mayor and aldermen, noting that while it is not actually under the control of the board, he hopes BoMA could put its weight behind getting something done to improve area cell service.

He noted the city administrator had reached out to Verizon with little results. “They sent us back a form letter … but said they really need to hear from the citizens of Tullahoma, or users, that their service is bad.”

Glick then urged dissatisfied Verizon users to air their displeasure. “Now, if everyone who has said their service is bad will call Verizon, we may get something done,” he said, noting he plans to lead by example. “I will call Monday. I may call more than once. If everybody would call Verizon, I have phone number to call. It is 1-800-922-0204. So, please call and tell them about your dissatisfaction about the cellphone service in Tullahoma.”
